Outdoor sessions typically start an hour before sunset, but this will change throughout the year. If your session is outdoors, please arrive 15 minutes early to give your little one time to wake up from the car ride and get ready to go. If we are doing a lifestyle session in your home or studio, they will likely take place in the morning. This is when the natural light is the most abundant!

Every session varies. Family and maternity sessions typically run for one hour. Younger children usually have a short window for sessions and may only be able to tolerate 45-60 minutes. Newborn sessions may run a little longer (anywhere from 1 to 2 hours), leaving us extra time for feeds, changes and cuddles! As for branding sessions, we’ll typically spend 2 hours with some time for outfit changes.

My style of photography involves a more natural approach to posing without the use of props. For newborns, I use the baby led approach, finding them in positions they would naturally fall into. These sessions are focused on capturing the connection between you and your baby in the most meaningful and authentic way possible.

Yes I do! These take place twice a year and sell out very quickly. To get more information and exclusive news about these sessions, I invite you to join my mailing list.

You can expect to receive final edited images within 2-3 weeks from your session date. Your photos can be accessed and easily downloaded through an online gallery that is password protected. Please note: I do not share raw, unedited files.

Absolutely! I have worked in the animal field for over 15 years, so I have a huge love for our furry children. I always recommend bringing a friend who can keep your dog company when we are done snapping pictures with them. If you plan to bring your furry friends along, please let me know ahead of time so that I can ensure the studio we are using allows for it.
